A boiler performs as a complete system

Capacity alone does not make a dependable boiler house. Equipment position, feedwater duty, fuel pressure, chimney draft, header sizing, condensate return, access and safety controls all affect how the plant starts, responds to load and can be maintained.

We coordinate the mechanical and control interfaces from site survey through first firing, with a defined handover for the factory engineering and operator teams.

01 — 04

Project sequence

  1. 01

    Survey

Steam demand, pressure, fuel, water, route lengths, access and boiler-house constraints are recorded.

  2. 02

    Coordinate

Equipment and connection points are agreed before civil, mechanical and electrical work diverge.

  3. 03

    Install

The boiler, auxiliaries and distribution interfaces are assembled and checked to the approved scope.

  4. 04

    Commission

Controls, interlocks, first firing and load response are checked before operator handover.
